Welcome! I’m happy you’re here. My name is Simon, and I’m a self-taught magical practitioner from North Wales. I started this blog in 2025 and named it after something I love doing. While I work part-time and blog part-time, my dream is to one day write about magic full-time and share my journey with others.
You should know that I’m utterly fascinated by magic in all its forms. I lucid dream, meditate, and practice yoga, though I must admit yoga doesn’t get as much time as it deserves! I love reading magical literature, and am currently working my way through Son of the Chicken Qabalah by Lon Milo Duquette. Other than magic, I love sword fencing, climbing, and music. I play the guitar, tambor, piano, and hand drums, and was even lucky enough to work as the assistant sound engineer for a band called the Stone Roses in the late nineties.
I believe that magic like music should be fun, creative, personal, inspirational, expressive, and amongst all else shared with others. I tip my hat to you Israel Regardie. I also believe that its the best formula for personal and spiritual growth.
